CEO of Bidaya Future Skills
Paul brings over 18 years’ experience in education leadership, regulated learning, quality assurance, employer-led training and workforce transformation. As an Ofsted Inspector, he also brings strong expertise in education standards, compliance and continuous improvement.
As CEO of Bidaya Future Skills, Paul works with organisations to strengthen leadership capability, build future-ready workforces and respond confidently to AI-driven change.
